Since we began hosting dedicated events for reservists’ partners, we have been exposed to powerful stories, challenges, and a real need for connection. We have seen how much strength, compassion, and energy are created when women who understand one another come together. But we have also learned how difficult it can be to attend.
Children, work, managing the household alone, travel distance, and partners returning after weeks of service — all of these factors often lead many women to give up or simply make it impossible for them to participate.
So we decided to also offer Zoom sessions — an intimate, open, supportive, and focused space — designed specifically for those who cannot leave home right now but still want to feel they are not alone.
How does it work?
If you are part of an existing group that would like to join — whether it’s a group of friends whose partners are all in the reserves, women from the same neighborhood who discovered they are in the same situation, or colleagues who talk during coffee breaks about the challenges — you are welcome to reach out to us.
All that’s needed is at least 4–5 participants, and we will take care of the rest (each session can include approximately 20–30 women, and if there are more, we will simply open an additional group on a separate day).
Who leads the session?
Hila Levi — a certified LI-CBT therapist, supervisor for personal and professional development, an expert in change processes, and a coach for both children and adults with attention and concentration challenges.
Hila brings not only exceptional professionalism, but also great empathy and the ability to hold a safe, sensitive, and precise space. Women who have already gone through a process with her in the organization know — she is truly there.
