I recently lost two relatives who were very close to my heart.<\/p><p>Elai was brutally murdered by Hamas at Nova&#8217;s love and music festival on the seventh of October 2023.<\/p><p dir=\"ltr\"> <img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/helptsd.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/WhatsApp-Image-2024-01-09-at-14.24.46-238x300.jpeg \" alt=\"\" width=\"238\" height=\"300\"><\/p><figure><\/figure><p><\/p><p>Rani Tahan, who was a crazy &#8216;Iron Man&#8217;, bravely rejoined the IDF and returned to Gaza to help free the hostages. He was killed four weeks ago, while serving.<\/p><p><\/p><p dir=\"ltr\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/helptsd.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/WhatsApp-Image-2024-01-09-at-14.24.45-1-300x200 .jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\"><\/p><figure><\/figure><p><\/p><p>Rani suffered from post-trauma. Nevertheless, even as he faced mental hardship, as a husband to a wife and father of four young children, he felt he could not stay behind while others risked their lives in the field to find the abductees.<\/p><p><\/p><p>Elai and Rani celebrated their lives until the end. They valued every second of every day. They had gentle souls and beautiful and sociable personalities.
